2007 · MalaysiaStarted in Malaysia. Founded an e-commerce business operating across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Built unified data infrastructure spanning Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and proprietary platforms — multi-currency reporting, profitability analysis, retention modelling, all in-house.
2015 · IndonesiaCo-founded a manufacturing operation in Indonesia. Cross-border partnerships, regulatory work (KBLI, manufacturing licensing), partner negotiations, and operational reality across three jurisdictions — not desk research.
Now · SwedenMoved to Sweden. ERP implementation, banking integration, and financial operations at a Swedish technology company. Fortnox, SEB, multi-jurisdiction reporting back to a Swedish board.
ResearchResearcher at Linnaeus University and Linköping University. Two master's degrees: Informatics from Linnaeus 2025, Ageing & Social Change from Linköping 2024. Master's thesis on AI adoption in Swedish technology organizations published on DiVA.
All of this informs how the practice works today — single principal, senior-led, no handoffs, fluent in five working languages, present on both sides of the gap.
